The people department, managed by specialised personnel under the supervision of notaries, offers high-level consulting services, paying careful attention to the client’s personal needs, in matters of inheritance, third sector, powers of attorney and any matter involving the activities of individuals and bodies that is not specifically related to real estate or corporate matters.
If appropriate, the work is carried out in close contact with the client’s trusted professionals, providing the specific expertise required, or even just performing the specific task for which notarial intervention is required. At other times, the firm takes on the management of the entire case, from the first contact and setting up of the transaction through to the signing of the deed.
The expertise of our notaries and collaborators allows us to offer sophisticated solutions, both in the areas more traditionally linked to notarial activity (special and general powers of attorney, certifications, deeds of incorporation of organisations), and in those that are more recent and innovative (advance directives, family pacts, trusts, support administration, adaptation of organisations’ statutes to the regulations of the Italian National Register for the Third Sector and ETS).
With regard to succession, files and deeds are prepared at every stage, including drafting or publishing the will, opening the safety deposit box and generational handovers, particularly where transnational assets are involved or the situation is sensitive.
The firm also handles practices for the authorisation of vulnerable persons (minors, those who are interdicted, incapacitated or beneficiaries of support administration) and for all notarial requirements that arise for non-profit organisations, associations and foundations and third sector bodies.
Lastly, the department is responsible for the issue and “notarisation” of powers of attorney, the structuring and delegation of general signatory powers of companies and individuals and their subsequent events, including amendment or withdrawal, translation, sworn documents, apostilles and legalisation.
